About the Role
What you’ll do
- Procurement Operations daily tasks: Supervise activities within the P2P platform to ensure tasks are completed promptly and efficiently. This includes monitoring and managing purchase requests, purchase orders, and renewals, acting as the gatekeeper of the process.
- Engage with Stakeholders and Vendors: Actively communicate with internal stakeholders and vendors through various channels, such as Slack and email, providing prompt and clear responses to inquiries.
- Streamline and Improve Processes: Make our procurement processes better by finding new tech, simplifying workflows, and speeding up approvals in the P2P platform.
- Support and Coordinate Across Teams: Help out Miro teams in different time zones and hubs, keep things moving across departments to get tasks done on time, and train employees on our procurement policies and procedures
What you’ll need
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (C1/C2)
- Basic technical aptitude and understanding of general computer-related concepts
- Ability to work well with people. You will be in a customer facing role (customers being the Mironeers and vendors).
- Love to problem solve and are not satisfied with the status quo - you want best in class and want to help build that.
